On December 20, 2022, the U.S. company 3M officially announced that it would completely cease the production of all fluoropolymers, fluorinated liquids, and PFAS-based additive products by the end of 2025. In this context, we have launched the mass production of the electronic fluorinated solvent F-036.
As an energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and highly efficient immersion cooling liquid, F-036 can fully replace 3M's FC-3283 product, bringing energy usage (PUE) values close to 1, which is the main driving force behind the transition to immersion cooling systems. F-036 features a narrower boiling range and a broader liquid range, and can even replace 3M's FC-770. It is a powerful yet cost-effective electronic fluorinated liquid and a perfect replacement for 3M's fluorinated cooling liquids!

Product Features
Colorless, odorless, safe, non-flammable, insoluble in water, with good material compatibility and thermal stability, high density, low surface tension, low viscosity, and low latent heat of evaporation.
Environmentally friendly, clean, safe to use, with excellent insulation properties. It does not damage electronic precision equipment and will not harm electronic components or circuits. Being immiscible with water, it prevents moisture damage to components. Through distillation regeneration processes, it significantly reduces the generation of industrial waste liquids during manufacturing. Its structure is stable, allowing it to be used for extended periods without performance degradation, provided no other impurities are introduced.
Packaging, Transportation, and Storage
F-26 product is non-corrosive, non-toxic, and harmless, and it is classified as a non-hazardous chemical. Its packaging complies with both maritime and air transport regulations. The standard packaging is an HDPE plastic drum, 25 kg per drum, or according to customer requirements.
