Atmospheric Plasma (AP) has a wide range of applications, particularly in surface plasma treatment processes for materials such as polymers, metals, glass, and films. This technology can enhance surface energy, improving the effectiveness of subsequent processes such as coating, spraying, printing, bonding, lamination, and adhesion. Our AP system can operate as a standalone unit or be integrated into the customer's production line to facilitate automated inline production.
Product Highlights
Low-Temperature Plasma: Designed with a pulse mode, not a sine wave.
Constant Frequency: Operates at a steady frequency of 40KHz.
Quick-Release Connector Design: The power supply and irradiation unit are connected via quick-release connectors (no need to disassemble the casing).
Uploadable Monitoring Data: Monitoring data can be uploaded via RS485 or customized solutions.
Plasma Activation Linked to Nozzle Speed: Plasma activates only when the nozzle reaches the set speed (adjustable settings).
Standard Touchscreen Panel: Equipped with a touchscreen panel; can also be operated as a standalone unit.
Special Relay for Frequent Switching Processes: Designed to handle frequent on/off cycles in the process.
SMC Gas Flow Meter: Continuously monitors gas flow (not pressure).
Irradiation Unit with Two Options: Offers both belt rotation mechanism and direct motor drive.
Certified by Major Lithium Battery Manufacturers: Widely used, with over 1,000 units currently in operation.

Irradiation unit selection
We can offer two types of transmission modes based on the actual installation space at the customer's site:
Belt-Driven Model
Direct Motor Drive Model
Rotating Nozzle Width Options
We offer plasma nozzles with different effective widths (ø20mm / ø50mm / ø70mm), with the maximum width reaching up to ø100mm.
Examples of Integration with Automated Lines
This video showcases a station on an automotive lithium battery production line. Our AP system is designed to maintain excellent stability even in operations with frequent switching, while also offering the advantage of low maintenance costs.
