• Optionally equipped with a self-developed high-performance atmospheric plasma mechanism or water washing line for pre-coating treatment.

• Can be integrated with upstream and downstream systems (especially post-process tunnel ovens) to enable inline production, or used as a standalone machine.

• Uses a medical-grade precision flow control system for dispensing coating solution, maintaining a flow rate error margin of less than 8%, ensuring high accuracy.

• Spray trajectory can be designed for flat surfaces or 3D curved surfaces with an effective spray width of up to 2 meters.
